Angular is a private investment company born in 2008 with the aim to become a real estate company based on those cornerstones:

- we invest in land and buildings to create new value

- we deeply study and analyze the territory searching for very well placed, old and dangerous buildings to convert them into modern, income producing structures

- we commit ourselves to bring international business practice into local reality

- we always adopt a prudent approach, preferring value added projects to greenfield

Who we are

Angular has been founded by Nicola Zeni.

After graduating in Economics at Bocconi University of Milan, Nicola has become an Officer of the Guardia di Finanza and then has started his career as Tax Advisor (Dottore Commercialista). After becoming Partner and Head of Tax Department at DLA Piper (Milan) law firm, he decided to leave DLA due to a major health issue of his son and started his own business after having matured a deep experience within the real estate industry.

Since 2009, Angular has created a team of real estate experts ranging from the technical and architectural area to the financial and administrative functions.

Our internal expertise include:

- Site analysis and due diligence

- Landscaping and project

- business planning

- works management

- piloting and delivery to tenants

- property management

We currently operate in Northern Italy.

Italy is the land where most people would like to go when thinking to a vacation.

Notwithstanding the presence of more than 140 Golf Courses in Italy having 18 holes or more, only a few are a “destination” for International golfing travelers.

Angular is focusing on this opportunity, basing on it’s real estate experience and golfing expertise since more than 40 years. Because golf is for golfers.
